Westland Center shall be permitted unlimited access to the center during
hours of operation for the purpose of contacting his/her child, evaluating the
care provided by the center, or evaluating the premises. Upon entering the
premises, the custodial parent, custodian or guardian shall notify the
administrator or her designee of his/her presence.
