No child shall be left alone or unsupervised. Children are supervised on the playground and in
.. the building. Several telephones are available in the building for emergency use.

All equipment and program materials are kept clean and repaired to prevent injury or the
.. spread of communicable disease.

Parents are to escort their children into the building and to come inside to pick up the
.. children at the end of the day.

No child will leave with another person without verbal or written permission from the parent or
.. guardian. We do require identification from the person you have granted permission to pick
.. up your child.

Emergency telephone numbers are on hand at all times in the center to contact parents or
.. guardians in case of an emergency. It is the parents' responsibility to notify the center of
.. new and updated information or phone numbers.

Each Creative Child Care Center has fire and tornado drills monthly, at varying times each
.. month. A record of the fire and tornado drills is maintained at the center.

A fire emergency and weather alert plan is posted in each classroom, which explains action
.. to be taken and staff responsibilities in case of fire emergency and/or weather alerts.

Creative Child Care must have written permission from the parent or guardian of a child
.. before the child shall be permitted to swim or otherwise participate in water play activities
.. in bodies of water two or more feet in depth. Staff members will participate in water activities.

Creative Child Care documents any accidents or injury and other incidents that involve
.. children throughout the day and are on file at the center. A copy is given to the parent on
.. day of said incident.

Creative Child Care does not use aerosols while the children are in the center.
